june 24, Candy candy. Have you seen that cartoon? It's super cheesy and girly, but I can't stop thinking about it, you nailed the cute 80's/90's anime feeling. your value work is popping for sure, love the colors you picked for the skin and shadow. Warm shadows and shit, awesome!
For june 23rd, I started painting the skin with a dark red. That seems to really help to create the compliments in the skin and stuff. Starting with one color and painting over (with opacity dynamics) with another analogous color is REALLY fun. It creates nice color gradients and fake lighting.
I have not seen that cartoon, but it reminds me of a nativity anime my mom bought us when me and my bros were kids. I love cheese! Thanks for the encouragement man!!!
